PROCESSOR FOR HANDWRITTEN NUMERICAL FORMULA

PURPOSE:To extremely reduce the load of a user by performing the input of a numerical formula in the handwriting feeling and then the input of the numerical value and the numerical formulas while confirming the numerical formula displayed at its input position. CONSTITUTION:An input means 1 inputs a handwritten formula as the coordinate train information and a recognizing means recognizes said coordinate train information as characters or a straight line having the meaning in terms of a numerical formula are provided. A coding/storing means which codes the recognized characters and straight line and stores them together with the position information and a process executing device 2 which consists of a numerical formula processing means which converts a code data train into the numerical formula data for an arithmetic process and a display means 3 which displays the input handwritten numerical formula and then the arithmetic result of the numerical formula processing means are provided. In such a constitution, the input of a numerical formula is attained in the handwriting feeling to prevent the input mistakes. In addition, no programming process is not required for calculation of the numerical formula unlike a computer and therefore the user load is extremely reduced.
