PURPOSE:To extract the desired information despite the variations of a shifting speed, by writing a framing mark to the area needing the reading and recording in the information groups recorded on a medium and then actuating an image sensor synchronously with the extent of shift of a shift guiding means. CONSTITUTION:An image reading sensor unit 8 contains a light source 10, a frame information reading sensor 11 and a recording information reading sensor 12. The unit 8 shifts on the paper 1 toward an arrow 13 by means of a shift guiding means 6. Then a sensor driver works to actuate the sensors 11 and 12 synchronously with the information obtained by detecting the shift extent of the unit 8 by a displacement detecting means 7 and via a roller 6a. The signals read by the sensors 11 and 12 are stored in memories 17 and 17' via amplifiers 15 and 15' and then calculated by an intra-frame extraction processing part 18. Then only the information 3 within a frame is extracted and stored in a memory 19 to be printed out by a printer unit 20. In such a way, only desired information can be recorded. |
