PURPOSE:To simplify algorithm and to attain the full-painting of plotting data at a high speed by tracing an outline point and inverting the data between two points when the two outline points exist in a scanning direction. CONSTITUTION:From graphic data to be inputted from a host computer through an input interface 1, outlines P(0)-P(n) are successively traced by a data control part 2 which is composed of a CPU3 and an LSI4 for plotting, etc. When the two outline points P(1) and P(2) exist in the scanning direction of a same Y- coordinate Y1, etc., the binary data between these two points are inverted to 1. Simultaneously, X-coordinates X1-X2 in an adjacent Y-coordinate Y2 in this arrangement are cleared and a full-painting outline to be based on a full-painting outline coordinate is drawn to a frame memory 5. For this algorithm, the drawing full-painting can be executed at a high speed by an simple method. |
