PURPOSE:To improve a working efficiency by arranging terminals which have shapes different from the shape of terminals used in an integrated circuit in a terminal row with a certain regularity. CONSTITUTION:A pentagonal protrusion, square protrusions and rectangular protrusions are provided on a No.1 terminal, No. 5, 15, 25, 35, 45,... terminals and No. 10, 20, 30, 40,..., terminals respectively to indicate the respective terminal numbers. Therefore, the terminal number can be recognized easily. |
