The mounting bar (14) and the mounting and actuating device (15) lie in a bore (5) and a widened bore part (6), a shoulder (7) being formed on which a bearing face (17) of the mounting and actuating device (15) is supported. The ends of the arms (12) project into a guide link (20) which is integrally formed in the inner flange (3) of the frame (1). The guide link (20) has a sloping flank (21) which increasingly elastically deforms the arms (12) in a bending fashion. In the closed position, the arms snap into a catch recess (22) at the end of the sloping flank (21). This results in interlocking with pretension. ……
