PURPOSE:To contrive the facilitation of mounting and removal, prevention of generation of rust and deformation and the improvement or the like of cushioning ability by forming the principal part of a wheel cap, comprising a disk-shaped main unit part and many streaks of pawl parts or the like protruding from a reverse surface of the main unit part, respectively with a rubber material. CONSTITUTION:A wheel cap 20 forms a disk-shaped main unit part 22 and many streaks of pawl parts 24, protrusively provided from a reverse surface of the main unit part 22 intermittently with an equal space on a concentric pitch circle of the main unit part 22, to be integrally molded respectively with a rubber material. The pawl part 24 forms a through hole 26 penetrating in the diametric direction of the main unit part 22 while protrudes a protrusive part 30 formed in a retainer 28 from the through hole 26. While the retainer 28 is formed annularly bending a spring wire rod, further the protrusive part 30 is protrusively provided intermittently in the peripheral direction corresponding to the through hole 26. Further a core material 31, using canvas or the like consisting of nylon or the like, is inserted into the main unit part 22, ensuring the rigidity. |
