<p>PURPOSE:To perform removal of burr and chips generated inside of a processed hole on high tensile strength material and washing surely and still effectively by making a nozzle having a free injection angle against the axial direction of penetration type into a processed hole, while burying an injection nozzle chip into the top end thereof. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle 1 is rotated by a motor 3 attached to the top end of a swivel joint 2 via a belt 4. Still more, the nozzle 1 is moved to axial direction along a screw 7 rotationally driven by a motor 5 via a shift block 6, and inserted to inside of a processed hole on a working part 8. As the result thereof, chips inside of the processed hole on the working parts 8 are removed by water jet injected from the nozzle chip buried into the top end of the nozzle 1, while also burr generated on crossing hole edge portion is removed.</p> |
