PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction from being generated in a back stage circuit by waveform-shaping a pulse-shaped noise to a shape, which is suitable for the operation of the back stage circuit, and interrupting a half noise. CONSTITUTION:The pulsative noise to be inputted from an input node 10 is inputted through a selecting circuit 1 to a waveform shaping circuit 2 and a pulse width is extended. At such a time, when the amplitude of the pulsative noise is enough large, the amplitude of the output of the waveform shaping circuit 2 is also large and a latch circuit 3 of a next stage is inverted. The output of this latch circuit 3 is given through a delay circuit 4 to the selecting circuit 1 an the selecting circuit 1, waveform shaping circuit 2 and latch circuit 3 are returned to an original condition. When the amplitude of the inputted pulsative noise is small, the latch circuit 3 is not inverted and any change does not appear in an output node 16. |
