<p>Until now, high-temperature superconducting materials are deposited on workpieces by thermal spraying of a ceramic powder with superconducting properties as the starting material. According to the invention, the individual components are incorporated in the jet, in which, prior to impact with the substrate, the particles react to form the desired superconducting structure, the individual components may be incorporated in the jet as separate particles by means of a powder dosing device for each component. Alternatively, the individual components can be agglomerated into finely distributed particles in a separate preliminary operation and the agglomerated particles incorporated in the jet by means of a single powder dosing device.</p> |
