<p>PURPOSE:To attain preparing a simulator without a special computer or the actual control object (hardware) by building in an arithmetic part to an actual process controller and setting a control speed by the process controller smaller than a convergent operating speed at the process operating part. CONSTITUTION:A process operating part 12 to use the arithmetic function in a process controller 11, to encipher and to operate the change of a process corresponding to the operating quantity of an operating part is built in at this part. Then, since there is probability to generate hunting by the speed of the arithmetic speed of the process arithmetic part 12 and the control speed of a control system as it is, the control speed by the process controller 11 is set smaller than a convergent arithmetic speed at the process arithmetic part 12 to eliminate it. Thus, a simulator can be prepared without a special computer and so on, and the evaluation of the property of the process controller 11 itself can be executed easily.</p> |
