PURPOSE:To display apply a letter, etc., on a tangle with the inner white part of the tangle, by driving a rotary grinding tool along a prescribed orbit with a triaxial driving means, pressing the grinding tool against the surface of a tangle under a controlled pressing force and grinding the brown surface skin of the tangle. CONSTITUTION:A rotary grinding tool 9 is driven by a triaxial driving means along a prescribed orbit and is pressed against the surface of a tangle 1 under controlled pressing force. The brown part near the surface skin of the tangle 1 is ground off with the rotary grinding tool 9 at regulated revolution speed to expose the inner white part. As a result, a letter, etc., can be displayed on a tangle without damaging the taste and flavor of tangle. The letter keeps its definite contour even after cooking. |
