PURPOSE:To insert the rocket pin of a loading frame positively into the through- hole of the lead frame by setting the lead frame being for warded at a predetermined position by smooth operation when the lead frame is aligned onto the loading frame in order to enclose and form an IC. CONSTITUTION:A several row of chutes 3 on which the lead frames 2 are placed are arranged onto a table 1 and moved, the front end of the frame 2 is stopped by using an end stopper 4, and the stoppage is detected by a primary proximity sensor 5. A primary setter 6, a front surface thereof is inclined, is set up at an interval corresponding to the length of the frame 2 from the stopper 4 side, and elevated when there is a detecting signal from the sensor 5. The shaft 8 of an air cylinder 7 is turned at the same time, the setter 6 is pushed up by the projecting pieces 9a, 9b of a lever 9 fixed to the shaft, and the reaching of the frame up to an intermediate stopper 10 is detected by a secondary proximity sensor 11. The rocket pin 21 of the loading frame 16 is inserted into the through- hole of the frame 2 by using a secondary setter 12. |
