PURPOSE:To realize the mass production of the striker of good performance at low cost by joining a metal pipe body by casting it to the outer shell of the lock part of the cab lock structure part of a tilt cab structure. CONSTITUTION:The carbon steel pipe 1 for machine structure, for instance, is set into the sand mold 2 of the position becoming the lock part 4 of a rear mount RM and a spherical molten cast iron is poured into the casting hollow of the rear mount mold including the inner hollow part 3 of the steel pipe 1 to cast the rear mount RM. At the time when the pipe 1 is set to the mold, the pipe 1 imbeds 2/3 of its thickness to a sand mold 2 so that the pipe 1 may not be moved by the flow of the molten metal in case of its pouring. The cast joining of the pipe 1 and molten metal is made by providing a step difference as mentioned above, so its performance is satisfied enough by the joining strength by the contact with the molten metal directly. |
