PURPOSE:To contrive improvement in yield and moldability of a material by making a molding cycle fast, by providing a tapered hole on a specific position of the tip of a nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A tapered hole 36 is provided between a small-diameter hole 32 and nozzle hole 33. Dwell of molten resin 22 is eliminated and a flow becomes smooth due to this tapered hole 36. It is preferable that a contraction angle theta3 of the tapered hole 36 falls within a range of 110-140 degrees. It is possible that an injection molding machine provided with the tapered hole 36 is worked at a high cycle as compared with a traditional device and yield and moldability of a material are favorable. As change in quality and carbonization of the resin within a hot chip are not generated, an improvement also in molding quality is contrived. |
