PURPOSE: To prevent the danger of bursting of bottles caused by the overpressure by connecting a seal part with a holding part through an elastic member or providing the seal part with the elasticity to form an overpressure valve. CONSTITUTION: A holding part 2 is engaged with a raised part 4 of a bottle neck 1 through a collar 3. The holding part 2 is mounted on an upper edge 6 of the bottle neck 1 through a stopper 5, and a position of the holding part 2 is correctly regulated. A round rod 8 is extended to a bottom of the holding part 2 through a round notch 7, and the rod 8 is molded with plastic integrally with the holding part 2. The rod 8 is removably grasped by two lips 9, a seal part 10 is formed by a rigid disc, and an edge part of the same comprises a seal face 11 to be closely kept into contact with the upper edge 6 of the bottle neck 1. In the close position, the rod 8 is located under a preload, the preload is related to a face of the seal part 10, so that the seal part 10 is lifted up by the pneumatic pressure or hydraulic pressure to prevent the overpressure, whereby the bursting of bottles can be prevented. |
