PURPOSE:To mold continuously the title elastic body having excellent physical properties without using any solvent, by feeding continuously a specified mixed liq. and a specified prepolymer in a mixing vessel which is cooled and wherein an ultrasonic wave is transmitted, discharging continuously a mixture and curing it by heating. CONSTITUTION:The title molding is performed by cooling a liq. (liq. A) consisting of a reaction mixture of ethylenediamine with acetone wherein unreacted diamine is 25mol% or less of raw material ethylenediamine, an ethylenediamine deriv. wherein one of the amino groups at the molecular ends is reacted with acetone is 3 times or more by mole that of an unreacted diamine, another ehylene-diamine deriv. wherein both of the amino groups at the molecular ends are reacted with acetone is 0.5times or less by mole that of the ethylenediamine deriv. wherein one of the amino groups at the molecular ends is reacted with acetone and a polymer diol or a polyurethane diol obtd. from said diol and an arom. diisocyanate and a prepolymer (liq. B) wherein both molecular ends are isocyanates obtd. from a polymer diol and an arom. diisocyanate in such a way that a discharged liq. is at 35 deg.C or below, continuously feeding it to a mixing vessel wherein an ultrasonic wave is transmitted, continuously discharging the mixture and curing the discharged substance by heating. |
