PURPOSE:To obtain high-SN-ratio data continuously even when the size of a sample is varied by directing one end of a light guide provided to a photodetection part to a light beam operating means and the other end to a detector, fitting this to a holder as a light guide cassette according to the size of the sample and enabling its replacement. CONSTITUTION:A scanner 2 is fitted to a gantry part and scans a light beam 3 at prescribed theta. Then the light guide cassette 10 is fitted and replaceable according to the size of the sample 6. A detector 11 is also fixed to the gantry part. The cassette 10 is set to such height that its photodetection end is close to the sample 6, and the curvature of the array of the photodetection end is set to a circumference centering on the scanner 2. Further, the other end of the cassette 10 faces the detector 11. |
