PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation and decomposition of the roll over, burr, etc., of the member to be cut by interposing a liquid layer on the surface of the laser beam projecting part of the member to be cut. CONSTITUTION:An air jet is injected from an air nozzle 44 and a water is injected from a water nozzle 43. The water injected on the surface of an acryl resin plate 200 is pressed to the surface of the resin plate 200 to form a water thin film 300. When a laser light 100 is projected, it is condensed by a lens 1 to project the laser beam projecting part 500 of the resin plate 200, which is melted by heating to open the cutting part 201 of the inside of the projecting part 500. The air and liquid jet 400 consisting of projected water and air jet is injected to the back face side of the resin plate 200 from the cutting part 201 to blow off a melted acryl resin. The position of the cutting part 201 is then changed continuously with moving the resin plate 200 and the cutting part is cut in the specified shape. |
