PURPOSE:To easily mix powdery granular materials by feeding back the powdery granular materials stored in a large capacity hopper to a small capacity hopper continuously, dropping all the materials in the small capacity hopper into the large capacity hopper when the feed-back quantity is reached to a specified quantity, and repeating the above-mentioned processes. CONSTITUTION:The powdery granular materials stored in the large capacity hopper 2 the discharge performance of which is mass flow for the powdery granular materials are fed back to the small capacity hopper 1 which is installed above the hopper 2 and its discharge performance is funnel flow for the powdery granular materials. When the feed-back quantity is reached to a specified quantity, all the materials in the hopper 1 is discharged into the hopper 2 in a moment. By repeating these processes, the powdery granular materials are mixed. Thus, this apparatus is not so complicated as that using an agitator and the cleaning work when the materials are changed is facilitated. |
