<p>A pharmaceutical composition comprising sodium 4-(α-hydroxy-5-(1-imidazolyl)-2-methylbenzyl)-3, 5-dimethylbenzoate or its optical isomer or hydrates thereof having improved releasability which further contains D-mannitol and/or sodium hydrogencarbonate and a water-soluble high-molecular compound. This composition can release the above-described compound irrespective of the pH value in digestive tracts including stomach.</p> |
