<p>PURPOSE:To enhance workability and to prevent the contamination of a drug liquid, by a method wherein two kinds of drug liquids are respectively allowed to fill two storages in a perfectly separated state to hermetically close said storages and these storages are integrally connected through an unplugging instrument formed separately therefrom to be sterilized and both drug liquids are mixed through the unplugging instrument in a state blocked from the outside at the time of use. CONSTITUTION:For example, the first and second storages 1, 2 are separately filled with drug liquids to be hermetically closed and subsequently unified along with an unplugging instrument 3 by connecting the first and second mouth parts 5, 6 thereof to the respective connection parts of the unplugging instrument to form a container. Thereafter, the whole of the container is sterilized. At the time of use, the bellows 8 of the unplugging instrument 3 are expanded and contracted by the force applied from the outside to break the membranes 4 of the first and second mouth parts 5, 6 by a double-head needle 11 and the first and second liquids are mixed in a state perfectly blocked from the outside, that is, in an aseptic state. When the liquid mixture is administered to a patient, the injection needle mounted to the tip of a tube is thrust in a liquid lead-out mouth part 7 to administer the drug liquids to the body of the patient in a mixed form through the tube.</p> |
