PURPOSE: To judge a wide range of analytic substance by providing a porous solid support with a test region and a background region and a mixed body of a binder for specimen supported on the test region of the solid support and a marker. CONSTITUTION: A testing device 10 consists of a solid support 11 with a test region 18 for supporting a binder. The support 11 is made of nitrocellulose and has a thin hole that is approximately 2-12μm. A flow control layer 12 made of flow control polycarbonate film in single direction with an approximately 0.6μm thin hole is provided under the support 11. A spacer layer 13 is provided below the layer 12, is made of a pore material, and has a pore size that is larger than the layer 12. An absorption layer 14 is provided below the layer 13 and is formed by, for example, an absorption cellulose paper. Then, a sample containing an analysis substance contacts a binder in a region 18 when it flows to the layer 14 in the device 10 via an aperture 17 and the analysis substance in the sample is bound to a binder. The presence of color in the region 18 indicates the presence of the analysis substance and color intensity indicates the amount of analysis substance.
