摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To effectively separate gallium.phosphorus and gallium.arsenic, by adjusting particle size of mixed scrap of gallium.phosphorus and gallium.arsenic to a fixed value and by heavy media separating with heavy liq. having specified specific gravity. CONSTITUTION:The mixed scrap of gallium.phosphorus and gallium.arsenic obtd. from semiconductor scrap, etc., is recovered and treated by sieving and sorting by hand to adjust the particle size to 50mu-1cm. And, the mixed scrap is heavy media separated with the heavy liq. having 4.3-4.7 specific gravity (e.g., thallium formate.thallium malonate.water heavy liq.) to separate into floating ore consisting of gallium.phosphorus as main component and setting ore consisting of gallium.arsenic as main component. A waste water disposal equipment can be amplified, because arsenic content in the waste water produced when the obtd. gallium.phosphorus is treated by a wet method, is small, and the obtd. gallium.arsenic can be treated by a chlorination and distillation method.</p>
