<p>PURPOSE:To control an output voltage by holding a necessary high voltage during the period of programming so as not to damage a memory cell and to execute efficient program writing by providing a 2-phase clock signal generating circuit and a timing signal generating circuit for controlling the operation of an output control element. CONSTITUTION:The 2-phase clock signal generating circuit 4 and the gate of a gate circuit 6 provided between an output terminal 13 and an output control element 3 are turned to 'L' levels (OV) by a timing signal 5. A clock signal phi1 and the inverse of phi2 are alternately impressed from the circuit 4 to 1st and 2nd boosting elements 1 and the charge voltages of respective capacity elements 11, 21 are successively boosted and simultaneously applied to the output terminal 13 and the output control terminal 23. A high voltage can be held and outputted by a timing signal corresponding to a programming time without consuming the current of the high voltage output and damaging a memory cell and an efficient program can be formed.</p> |
