In a time selector for use in a time-multiplexed telecommunications system, certain components are arranged in triplicate and divided on three planes PLA, PLB, PLC. The corresponding components in the three planes work synchronously. Each plane comprises a selector data store device SSA, SSB, SSC and a control data store device CSA, CSB, CSC with associated read and write devices TA, TB, TC, information indicating devices MD1A, à, MD4C, and rewriting devices RWA, RWB, RWC. Each information indication device is provided with three inputs 1, 2, 3 for corresponding binary information from the three planes. Each information indication device is in addition provided with an output 4 and is arranged to compare bit by bit and to carry out majority indication bit by bit of the information from the three planes. The majority indicated information is output at the output of the information indication device. In an associated method for transmitting information on connections via a time selector the components are in triplicate and arranged in three planes. <IMAGE> |
