<p>PURPOSE:To allow the side of a time constant setting terminal to confirm the end of time limit by discharging a capacitor of a time constant circuit through the conduction of a switching element by a trigger signal with the time constant increased. CONSTITUTION:When a charging voltage VCR of a capacitor 8 transits to a reference voltage (threshold voltage Vth), an output of a comparator 26 is inverted, a logic circuit 40 makes a switching element (FET24) conductive in response to the output inversion to discharge the capacitor 8. Thus, the start point and the end point or the time limit is determined by the start of the interrupting state of the switching element (FET24) to the transition of the conduction state and the points are observed by the transition of the voltage of the capacitor 8.</p> |
