PURPOSE:To reduce the working manhours and prevent a rubber tube from being damaged, by forming grooves on the surface of a metal flat plate shaped member through the pressing work or knurling work and press-working the plate member into cylindrical form. CONSTITUTION:A metal flat plate shaped member having a necessary thickness for forming a fixed member 8 is punched out, and a disc blank 20 is obtained. The surface 20a of the blank 20 is applied with the press working or knurling work, and the network grooves 19 are formed. The blank 20 is press-worked into cup form by the pressing of an upper mold 21b. Therefore, the grooves 19 are formed on the outer peripheral surface 22e of a material 22 which is press-worked into a cup form. Therefore, the working manhours can be reduced, and a rubber tube is prevented from being damaged by the chippings. |
