<p>PURPOSE:To surely grasp the contents of a message without the disturbance of the driving operation of an automobile, etc., by providing first and second flip flop means, and successively sound-recording, sound-reproducing and stopping only with the temporary pushing operation of a push-button type switch. CONSTITUTION:A push switch 5 is used which is turned on by pushing it and turned off by separating it, and flip flop circuits 6 and 7 are provided. The flip flop circuit 6 outputs a signal to invert a code at every time when an ON- signal is received by the temporary pushing of the push switch 5, and the flip flop circuit 7 inverts the output code by receiving the output of the flip flop circuit 6. That is, when a recording device 4 receives the output of a power source driving means 8, the power source is controlled to an ON-condition, a sound-recording mode is obtained by the output of the starting clock means 9, and when a switching control signal is received from a switching signal generating means 10, the mode is switched and controlled to a reproducing mode. Thus, during the driving operation of the automobile, the sound-recording of the message, the stopping of the sound-recording, the reproduction can be carried out by successively pushing a single push button.</p> |
