发明名称 MARKING METHOD FOR HYBRID IC
摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the durability of illustrated characters and symbols, and prevent the exfoliation of the illustrated characters and symbols, by covering the marking ink layer illustrating characters and symbols with a second resin layer of high transparency. CONSTITUTION:A first resin layer 13 composed of silicon system thermosetting resin is formed so as to cover the whole surface of a hybrid IC wherein electronic parts 12 is mounted on a substrate 11 on which thick film circuits are formed. Before the resin of the resin layer 13 completely hardens, marking is performed on the resin layer 13 surface, by using thermosetting marking ink for silicon resin, and a marking ink layer 14 illustrating characters and symbols is formed. Before the ink layer 14 and the resin layer 13 completely harden, a second resin layer 15 composed of thermosetting resin of high transparency is formed, so as to cover the resin layer 13 and the ink layer 14. The resin layer 13, the ink layer 14 and the resin layer 15 are hardened at the same time. Thereby, the durability of the illustrated characters and symbols are increased, and the exfoliating of them can be prevented.
