PURPOSE:To safely level the thickness of the raw material of a magnet in a die container, in the case of a surface leveler used for a grindstone disc manufacturing device, by magnetically attaching a magnetic board of a rotary disc to a die container support basic board and rotating said basic board. CONSTITUTION:Each time a basic board 2 is shifted to a surface leveling position, a leveling spatula 6 is positioned in an appropriate position above a die container 5 on the basic board 2. Subsequently, a magnetic plate 8 of a rotary machine 7 is somewhat raised and the surface of the plate 8 is magnetically attached to the under surface of a disc part of the basic board 2, then rotation of the rotary machine 7 is transmitted to the basic board 2 and the disc container 5, which is then rotated and the surface of the raw material of a magnet supplied to the container 5 is leveled by means of the leveling spatula 6, the thickness of the raw material being equalized. |
