Novel compounds of formula (I), processes for their preparation, and their use as pharmaceutical agents are described: <CHEM> in which p represents an integer of 2 to 4; r represents an integer of 1 or 2; s represents 0 or 1; and X represents a group <CHEM> in which A1 is oxygen or sulphur, one of A2 and A3 is CR1 and the other is nitrogen or CR2, or A2 is oxygen or sulphur, A1 is CH and A3 is CR1, where R1 and R2 are independently selected from hydrogen and C1-2 alkyl, with the proviso that when r is 2, R1 and R2 are hydrogen or methyl.
