PURPOSE:To improve bending resistance rigidity and to enable production of a sufficient heat insulating effect by means of an air chamber by a method wherein in the waterdrip tray of a cooler for cooling, a beat is situated in a doubled state in the direction of length to an outer bottom plate part, and rise walls are formed to the inner and the outer bottom plates extending along the beat. CONSTITUTION:A waterdrip tray A for cooler has double structure, and a continuous flat air chamber 14 is formed between inner and outer bottom plates 10 and 11 and inner and outer rise wall parts 12 and 13. The air chamber is elongated on the whole, and the one end is bent at right angles with the plane of the tray A and formed in an L-shape as seen from a plane. The outer bottom plate 11 is provided with at least a line of a beat 15 which is protruded in the air chamber 14 in the direction of the length of the tray A. The top of the beat 15 is situated in a manner to make contact with or extremely approach the inner surface of the inner bottom plate port 10. A drain port 17 is formed with a drain port short pipe 18 integrally formed between the inner bottom plate part 10 and the outer bottom plate part 11 when a whole is blow-molded, and is situated at a corner part where the tray A is bent to form an L-shape. |
