PURPOSE:To rotate a flywheel or the like in a complete vacuum and improve its energy efficiency, by arranging a dynamotor, flywheel, rotary shaft and bearings in a completely sealed vacuum vessel blocked from the outside air. CONSTITUTION:A vessel 22 is constituted to a completely sealed vessel blocked from the outside air by a cylindrical main unit 23, upper and bottom cover members 26, 27 secured to flanges 24, 25 in upper and bottom ends of said main unit 23, and an auxiliary cover 29 secured to the cover member 26 so as to close a center hole 28 of the member 26 in an upper part, and the inside of this vessel 22 is maintained to a high vacuum condition. Then bearings 32, 33 are respectively fitted to the hole 28 of the upper cover member 26 and a bearing supporter 31 of the bottom cover member 27, and lubricating oil 35 for the bearings 32, 33 is stored in a hollow part 30 of the cover member 27, while an eccentric hole 36 for supplying the lubricating oil 35 to the upper bearing 32 is provided. |
