PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of production in fit working irregular parts to each other by operating at a time a measuring means, data converting means and to NC machine data on-line transfer means with high speed by a system provided with a computer. CONSTITUTION:In one side fit portion of fitting parts, a probe of a digital measuring device 4 is automatically rotated with a sizing fine pitch so that a distance from the rotary center is copy measured to provide a set of points by polar coordinate value having a contour corresponding to 360 deg. per one rotation. These measured data are first checked by a computer with respect to the presence of abnormal values. After the deflection of a center shaft and the rotational angle around the center shaft due to errors in the measuring are corrected, they are converted to rectangular coordinate values X, Y. These coordinate data are converted to a NC program according to the programming commanding rules of a working NC machine so that the NC program is instantaneously transferred through a transmitting line directly connected to the NC machine to set the NC machine to the starting condition. |
