PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of kneeling phenomenon spreading and solidifying spinning liquid by arranging a nozzle consisting of projecting part having end face parallel to a substrate and hole vertically formed to the end face by passing through the substrate to the substrate in prescribed density. CONSTITUTION:Projection part 2 provided on a substrate 5 has end face 3 parallel to the substrate 5 and nozzle hole 4 vertical to end face 3 is formed in the central part to constitute the nozzle 1. Bottom of closed and box-shaped spinning nozzle front chamber 6 is constituted by the substrate 5 having an arranged number of nozzles 1. A spinning liquid consisting of a silica sol is packed into the interior of the front chamber 6 and the spinning liquid is extruded from a tank 1 to the front chamber 6 in constant pressure and discharged from the nozzle 1. Kneeling, end breakage or clogging, etc., can be minimized or prevented by the above-mentioned method. |
