<p>PURPOSE:To automatically notify the abnormality of a person to be attended when the person to be attended loses notifying ability by automatically transmitting communication when equipment is not used for a fixed time. CONSTITUTION:When a sensor 2 provided at the equipment in a residential area outputs a signal to express the use of the equipment, the signal is transmitted to a sensor input part 4. The sensor input part 4 sends a resetting signal to a counting means 6 at every signal reception, and makes the counting means 6 re-start a counting action for a prescribed time. When the equipment is not used for the prescribed time or more, the counting action of the counting means 6 is not reset. When a count-up signal is outputted from the counting means, a transmission part 8 automatically transmits the signal to a notification reception part 10. Consequently, a fact that the abnormality has occurred to the person to be attended can be notified to the notification reception part 10.</p> |
