PURPOSE:To prevent communication service from being biased to a specific group by applying communication limit between mobile stations belonging to the group based on the communication number of times per unit time for each group. CONSTITUTION:When a detection means 11 uses its monitor function 11b to detect it that the count of number times of communication of a group, e.g., a group A exceeds a prescribed value, a line controller 5a does not generate a channel designation signal even with a call from mobile stations 8a1-8an in the group A and sends a signal informing the all busy state of communication channels to limit the communication of the group A. The line controller 5a keeps the processing of communication limit by the sequence for a prescribed number of times executes the normal processing. |
