<p>PURPOSE:To prevent deformation of a member constituting a lock mechanism by setting the lock mechanism to the lock release state by a lock release member before the start of the cover opening operation of a cover opening member and switching the lock state to the original state at the time of setting a cassette. CONSTITUTION:A cassette 1 is moved and is put into the lower side of a cassette pressing plate 27, and a button depressing part 34a depresses a lock release button 7 to release the lock of a cover 4. When the cassette 1 is moved downward, a claw part 35a of a cover opening member 35 pushes the cover 4 against a spring to open the cover 4. When the cassette 1 is set, the button depressing part 34a is separated from the button 7 and the button 7 is restored. Thus, deformation of the member constituting the lock mechanism is prevented.</p> |
