PURPOSE:To automatically predict the number of customers and the sales with high accuracy by providing a data updating means and a predicting means. CONSTITUTION:The data updating means 102 for updating reference data on the data fluctuation and the time fluctuation of the number of customers and the sales on the experience data of the number of customers and the sales of the past by POS (Point of Sales) data and the predicting means 103 for predicting the number of customers in every time zone and the sales of a next data based on the reference data are provided and the data updating means 102 adds the number of customers or the sales of the respective time zones of that data as new experience data and deletes the old experience data to update the data and update the reference data. The predicting means 103 calculates the predictive number of customers and the sales of the respective time zones of the next data based on the reference data and the data of a day of the week of the next day. Thereby, the number of visiting customers and the sale can be predicted with high accuracy. |
