PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for an operation for developing films and to allow all the operations to be carried out in a bright place as well as to shorten the time for producing a block copy mask including the time for forming a block copy original by inputting original information by an input means for which keyboards and TV camera are used and operating a printer of a thermal transfer system according to this information. CONSTITUTION:The original information is inputted by the input means such as the keyboards 1, 3b for inputting characters and figures and the TV camera 3a or the like. Paper for a block copy superposed with paper 9 to be transferred is thermally transferred to transfer paper 8 coated with a hot meltable coating compd. having good light shieldability by using the printer 7-2 of the thermal transfer system in which many microheating elements generate heat individually according to this information. The need for photographic films is, therefore, eliminated and the need for the original for photographing and the original subjected to fair copying to be made as the subject of a camera, the development of the film and the handling of a developing soln. and a dark room necessary for the development associated to said photographic film is eliminated. The time before the completion of the block copy mask is thereby greatly shortened. |
