PURPOSE:To obtain an electrophotographic sensitive body having high sensitivity and low residual potential by incorporating a specified pyrrolopyrrole compd. and a specified triphenylamine deriv. into a photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:The title electrophotographic sensitivity body has a photosensitive layer formed on an electroconductive base material, and a pyrrolopyrrole compd. expressed by formula I and a triphenylamine compd. expressed by formula II are contained in the photosensitive layer. In formulas I and II, each R<1> and R<2> is an aralkyl group, or a heterocyclic group, etc.; each R<3> and R<4> is an H atom. or an alkyl group, etc.; R<5>-R<9> is an H atom. or a lower alkyl group, etc.; R<10> is an H atom. or an aryl group; l is 1 or 2; each m, n, o and p is an integer 1-3; q is 1 or 2. The pyrrolopyrrole compd. expressed by formula I and the triphenylamine compd. expressed by formula II may be used singly or as a mixture of >=2 kinds thereof. Thus, an electrophotographic sensitive body having high sensitivity and low residual potential is obtd. |
