<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate a dead zone and improve mounting density by applying a transparent pressure-sensitive conductive film for a spacer layer to separate a movable electrode and a fixed electrode from each other at least on one of the electrodes, and installing a frame spacer where both electrodes are laminated facing each other through the spacer layer. CONSTITUTION:A spacer layer 23 is composed of a transparent pressure-sensitive conductive film to have conductivity only when pressure is applied, both electrodes 22, 28 are laminated facing each other through the spacer layer 23, and both electrodes 22, 28 are bound by means of a frame spacer 31. Therefore spacers of dots are not put between the electrodes 22, 28. A dead zone N can thus be eliminated, thereby a mounting density can be increased to obtain data of coordinates following autograph without disconnection.</p> |
