The manual safety razor consists of a handle (2), which has at its top end a support (1) for holding the razor head (5) which contains several blades (10). This head is pivotally mounted in the support in a perpendicular direction. The blade support consists of a wheel (6) with three arms set at 120 deg. to each other to which are attached the blades with their cutting edges facing radially outwards. The blades are located in position by lugs (8) and clamped by three domed, wedge-shaped covers which clip to the arms by clamping elements (14). On either side of the side faces of the covers, are recesses (15) into which projections on the inside faces of the support can be engaged. This enables the head to be locked in three different positions, 120 deg. from each other enabling one of the blades to be brought into a working position.
|
