PURPOSE:To obtain a dielectric material which has relative permittivity of practical range in microwave frequency band and extremely low dielectric loss characteristics, by using a specific material having composite perovskite system crystal structure. CONSTITUTION:The title dielectric material has a composite perovskite system crystal structure wherein each element expressed by the following formula and Zr mutually form a solid solution. The formula is A(B'1/3B''2/3)O3, where A is a bivalent ion, B' is a bivalent ion and B'' is a pentavalent ion. The ion A is Ba ion, the ion B' is one selected from Zn, Co, Ni, Mg, and Mn ions, while the ion B'' is Nb ion. Thereby obtaining a dielectric material which holds relative permittivity of practical range and extremely low dielectric loss characteristics. |
