PURPOSE:To obtain the subject stable lubricating oil, consisting essentially of an alkylbenzene with a specific high viscosity, hardly any oil consumption by evaporation, having excellent sealability, seizure resistance and lubricity with a low two-layer separation temperature and useful for refrigerators, coolers, heat pumps, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective lubricating oil consisting essentially of an alkylbenzene having >=50cSt (preferably 60-300cSt) kinematic viscosity at 40 deg.C. Furthermore, 1,1-dichloro-2,2,2-trifluorethane, 1,1,1,2-tetrafluorothane, 1- chloro-1,1-difluoroethane, 1,1-difluoroethane, trifluoromethane and monochloro difluoromethane are cited as preferred hydrogen-containing fluorocarbon refrig erant. |
