A construction method for waterproofing a tunnel and integrating interior materials is provided to shorten a period of construction by installing an integrated form to an internal wall of a tunnel and placing concrete, thereby omitting the process of placing secondary shotcrete, installing a waterproof membrane and laying tiles, and to reduce the area of tunnel blasting by omitting a secondary shotcrete layer and reducing the thickness of a lining concrete layer. A construction method for waterproofing a tunnel and integrating interior materials comprises the steps of: perforating and excavating a tunnel construction site(S10); forming a shotcrete layer by placing shotcrete to the inside of the perforated and excavated bedrock(S20); perforating rock bolt insertion holes on an internal wall of a tunnel leveled with shotcrete and filling up the hole with rock bolt fixatives, and then inserting rock bolts(S30); installing reinforcing bars in a straight line along the horizontal direction of a tunnel and in a shape of a tunnel along the vertical direction of a tunnel(S40); installing a form at a certain distance from the shotcrete layer using plural steel form panels(S50); forming a concrete layer by placing concrete in the form(S60); and forming a road, a railway, a footway, etc. on the lower part of the tunnel, and installing a drainageway, an electric wiring line, etc. on the bottom of the tunnel(S70).
