<p>PURPOSE:To detect the displacement of a transformer at a narrow space, by arranging coils after dividing them into two parts and installing a core for detection only in the one side of the coils. CONSTITUTION:A wire around 0.1mm is divided into two parts through bobbins 11 and 12 and they are wound in the form of layer to form the primary coil 13. Wires wound in the secondary coils 14 and 15 have the same wire wound in the coil 13. The coil 14 is wound in the form of layer by coming closely into contact with the coil 13 which is wound in the bobbin 11 of a one side, while the coil 15 is wound in the form of layer by coming closely into contact with the coil 13 which is wound in the bobbin 12 of the other side. A round bar like core, that is, the core 16 for use in detection is a metal which has effects upon lines of magnetic force. The core 16 is installed only in the coil of a one side. Then a correct proportional relation between the output of a differential transformer and the displacement of the core is maintained over a wide range. Thus the displacement of a transformer can be detected at a narrow space.</p> |
