PURPOSE:To obtain a sports drink effective in supplying water, salt, etc., and improving erythrocyte deformability, by carrying out acetic acid fermentation using rice malt, rice and water as raw materials, filtering the obtained fermented liquid, distilling the filtrate under reduced pressure and using the concentrated liquid as a component of the sports drink. CONSTITUTION:A fermented liquid produced by acetic acid fermentation of rice malt, rice and water is filtered and the filtrate is distilled under reduced pressure to remove volatile components including acetic acid. The obtained concentrated liquid is added to water or saline water and, as necessary, the mixture is further added with vitamin C, sugar, etc., to obtain the objective sports drink. |
