PURPOSE: To prevent the useless consumption of power by turning off power supply to a voice analysis circuit and a coincidence judging circuit at the time of waiting for a voice input. CONSTITUTION: At the time of waiting for a voice input, power supply to the voice analysis circuit 6 and the coincidence judging circuit 8 is turned off and power is supplied only to a sound volume level detection circuit 3. When a voice signal with a prescribed level is inputted to the circuit 3, a timer 4 is started by an output from the circuit 3, and after the lapse of fixed time, a power supply circuit 5 is turned on and power is supplied to both the circuits 6, 8. Then a succeeding instruction voice is converted into a digital signal by the circuit 6, compared with a voice stored in a voice storing circuit 7 by the circuit 8, and when both the voices coincide with each other, a load 9 is controlled. |
