PURPOSE: To make the temperature of hot water in contact with coffee powder high from the beginning by holding an auxiliary heater provided at the side part of a hot water pool tank, a sealed container equipped with a hot heater on its bottom face, and a 2nd water pipe through the auxiliary heater. CONSTITUTION: The auxiliary heater 15 is turned on by pressing a 1st push- button and communicating the hot water pool tank 14 with the sealed container 20. When a 2nd push-button is pressed, a flow path from the sealed container 20 to an extraction pipe 24 is formed. At such a time, the serial circuit of the auxiliary heater 15 and a hot heater 22 is formed and the electrification of these heaters is controlled by a 2nd thermostat 23. Then, hot water in the sealed container 20 is heated and supplied to the side of an extracter 24 by steam generated at such a time and until hot water in the sealed container 20 is eliminated, the auxiliary heater 15 and the hot heater 22 are continuously electrified. In this case, however, a 1st change valve 32 provided in the middle of a 1st water pipe 21 communicating the hot water pool tank 14 and the sealed container 20 is closed so that hot water is extremely speedily heated and supplied into the extractor 24. |
